Mrs. Chan has many years experience in the Canadian immigration field
and she is now the work coordinator for Asia to the great benefit of the firm. She joins the firm in 2002 and process cases
and pre-analyses them and she is also involved in the day to day coordination of our Asia and Africa office. Her
main responsibilities are to assure that all files and work are done within the time frame defined by the firm's policy.

André Boulerice-Former Québec immigration minister |
Mr. André Boulerice held the prestigious position
of Quebec Immigration Minister between January 30, 2002 and April 29, 2003 under the governance of the Parti Quebecois. He
graduated in Special Education at the College du Vieux-Montréal in 1972, after which he pursued further education in administration
at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Mr. Boulerice was elected member of the Quebec National Assembly for the downtown
electoral district of Sainte-Marie-Saint-Jacques (Montreal) in 1985, position he held until his retirement
from active political life in 2005.
A member of the Quebec Bar since 1970 and of the
Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario Bar) since 1991, André Boulerice vigorously represents his clients at the Immigration
and Refugee Board of Canada and at Federal Court. These cases involve matters such as applications for judicial review at
the Federal Court against decisions of visa officers and tribunals, sponsorship appeals, refugee and humanitarian applications,
appeals by permanent residents to regain or maintain their status, appeals by persons admitted as entrepreneurs, and investor
appeals. André Boulerice also has extensive experience defending persons charged with violations under Canadian immigration
and criminal law legislation.
